General Conference


What will Mount Hermon United look like?

Below is a sample schedule of a typical day, but the exact schedule will vary.

9am-Noon: Morning Session
Noon-1pm: Lunch
1-3pm: Breakout Session or Smaller Training
3-4pm: Small Groups
4-6pm: Dinner
6-9pm: Night Session or Prayer Meeting


Who can attend Mount Hermon United?

Mount Hermon United is intended for young adults (16-29) who have a sincere desire to see their campuses transformed by the power of the gospel and to lead their generation into greater passion for Jesus.


Can high school students attend?

Yes. High school juniors and seniors are welcome to attend Mount Hermon United.


Do I have to register now, or can I register at the door?

Registration for Mount Hermon must be completed before the registration deadline of July 1, 2019. If you are unable to register but would like to attend a portion of the event please contact connect@acts.global for information.


If I am signing up for Summer Experience, should I register for Mount Hermon United separately?

No, you do not need to register separately for Mount Hermon United. Registration, housing, and food are included in your Summer Experience tuition and you will automatically be registered upon being accepted into Summer Experience.



Transportation




Do I have to provide my own transportation to and from the airport?

Transportation to and from the airport is available as part of the Housing Package or Housing & Meals Package which can be purchased here. and is only available on Sunday, July 14 and Sunday July 21. (See question below for more information.)
All participants in need of transportation are asked to send all flight itineraries to connect@acts.global. After flight information is received, a shuttle schedule with pick up and drop off times will be sent to each participant.


Which airport should I fly into?

Please arrive at either Colorado Springs Airport (COS) or Denver International Airport (DEN) before 4:00pm on Sunday, July 14 and depart through either airport before 4:00pm on Sunday, July 21.



Meals



What meals are included in the Meal Plan?

The Meal Plan includes breakfast, lunch and dinner for all conference days (July 15-July 20) as well as breakfast on the morning of July 21.
Dinner on the night of July 14 is provided for all conference attendees.


Can dietary food restrictions be accommodated on the Meal Plan?

Please reach out to ACTS directly at connect@acts.global before purchasing a meal plan, in order to determine if we are able to accommodate your needs.



Housing



What’s included in the Housing Plan?

Housing for the nights of July 14 - 20 are included at an off-site location. Transportation to and from the conference location each day is also included. Housing is dormitory style with multiple beds to each room, separated by gender. Bedding is not provided.
Sorry, we are not able to accommodate private rooms for couples at this time. Please see Lodging for list of nearby hotels.
