Many short term mission trips bring a group of young people to visit a poor country in the western hemisphere and share the gospel or provide practical help, but all too often the fruit of such experiences is just that - an experience. Participants return to their homes and churches with a memory of "exciting" or "intense" experiences overseas, but are the changes lasting, or even ultimately good for the people whom they met?

At the same time, billions of people in the hardest and darkest regions of the 10/40 window are perishing without access to the Gospel and real transformation in society, while short term mission trips rarely venture to such places because of the cost, the risks, and the perception of fruitlessness. Even among long-term missionaries, there is a great imbalance in the number of laborers who work among truly unreached people groups in proportion to the need.

Antioch Center for Training and Sending, in partnership with Every Home for Christ (EHC), aims to change this injustice by providing mission training for young adults to come and learn about the needs of the unreached and the worthiness of Jesus to receive the worship of every tribe and tongue and nation, and then to go and see first-hand the people who have lived their whole lives without access to the good news about Jesus.

We believe that in the process of this training school, that God will answer our prayer for laborers - the prayer that He gave us to pray, "Lord of the Harvest, send laborers into Your harvest field!" (Matthew 9:38)
